Bill was a lifelong members of WTPA. Bill was a devoted member of WTPA and served as a board member for years. Bill took over the role of Secretary when Lonnie Hollingsworth stepped down which was quite an undertaking. Bill's many friends in WTPA created this endowment to honor his efforts to see WTPA succeed. Bill passed away shortly after this scholarship was created. He would like to congratulate winners of this scholarship and hope that they would become a lifelong member of WTPA. Any recipient of this award should be honored to have been selected.
